10 minute Walk/Jog or bike ride
Reflect in two (2) paragraphs how you feel post-workout. Record your heart rate before and after your workout.
Reminder: Warm up before workout- Cool down after workout (choose your own stretches)
Heart Rate tip: Use two fingers at neck or wrist (carotid or radial pulse) and count beats for 15 seconds. Multiply your number by 4 to get your heart rate bpm (beats per minute).
You can download a paper through google docs or bring a paper with you to your PE teacher on Tuesday.
