School Meals On Monday April 6, 2020

On Monday, we will be offering breakfast and lunch to help our students. We will be serving meals from 11am to 1pm on Monday. This will include 5 breakfast meals and 5 lunch meals. These meals will be distributed at Madisonville Primary, Sequoyah High School, and Tellico Plains Elementary School. Meals will be served in pre-packaged bags and will be distributed outside, drive-thru style, to ensure minimal contact and speedy delivery. Please let us know if your child has any food allergies. Sweetwater City will also be providing meals to the Sweetwater area.

Where do I begin for our virtual learning experience?

All teachers will be keeping virtual office hours from 9am - 1pm, Monday through Friday. Please click the staff directory to access their email address. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have a question or in need of supplies, food, or other assistance.

Students, please click the Staff Directory Icon, find your teachers and then click the name. There you will find assignments or directions on how to access Google Classroom to view assignments.

Learning Plans during School Closure

As a response to missing school from the COVID-19 virus, SQHS is committed to providing voluntary learning opportunities for your child. Please go to our school webpage, click the staff directory and click the teacher’s name. The teacher will have Google Classroom codes and activities. If you do not know your Google password, email Ms. Murphy murphyk@monroe.k12.tn.us
Some teachers are also using StudentVue to post activities. If you need your StudentVue password reset, go to the school’s website under students and fill out the form. Teacher emails are on the webpage in the staff directory.

Sequoyah High School has amazing teachers who will be glad to help you get connected with resources or clarify activities. Don’t hesitate to email them. You all are in our thoughts and prayers! STAY HOME AND STAY SAFE AND HEALTHY!
