Monday - Friday Physical Activity
Walk/jog - 10 minutes
Toe Touches - Hold 15-20 Seconds
Arm Bar Stretch - Hold 15-20 Seconds
Elbow Grab - Hold 15-20 Seconds
Small Arm Circles Forward - Rotate 15- 20 seconds
Big Arm Circles Backward - Rotate 15- 20 seconds
Butter-flies - Hold 15- 20 seconds
Right / Left Toe Seated Toe Touch - Hold 15- 20 Seconds
V-Sit and Reach - Hold 15- 20 Seconds
25 Sit-ups or Crunches
30 second Planks
20 Body Squats
20 Squat Jumps
Be active for at least 30-45 minutes a day!
Keep a journal, write down your feelings about what is going on in the world around you. Did participating in this physical activity help with your stress and anxiety? Please date each journal entry. Remember you are living history at the moment and one day you will share these stories with your children and grandchildren!
