Alternative Learning Opportunities for March 30 - April 3

As I consider what is important to you as we continue with distance learning, I feel it is best if I offer you the chance to continue working on your ACT prep. Although school and the official Junior ACT test was postponed, life will eventually go back to normal. As such, I encourage you to keep working on your ACT prep by utilizing the ACT Math Question of the Day website. There are two questions per day and you can click on the lower right for a video explanation after you complete each one. Good luck and let’s keep working! The link is: http://sbstjohn.com/QODWebSite/act_qod.htm This is the same site I used at the beginning of class. Hope to see you all soon!

Math Love
Hello all! Just wanted to check in and say I hope you all are staying in and staying healthy! It’s important that we all do our part to flatten the curve. I am working on new learning opportunities to keep your minds working until I see you again. Watch for those coming soon!
Spring Break

Spring Break - March 23-27

March 23-27 is Spring Break and no new learning activities will be posted during that week. Look for learning activities to begin again on Monday, March 30. All school buildings and campus will remain closed during spring break. Dual enrollment students continue to keep up with your online assignments. Enjoy your spring break and be safe.

Need a graphing calculator?

Texas Instruments has you covered! They are offering a free six month download of the same software I use in class for your computers or iPads! Follow the link for more information.

Alternate learning plans for Algebra 2

Good afternoon, all! During these uncertain and anxious times, we are all in unfamiliar territory. As such, I only ask that you stay safe and follow social distancing guidelines from the CDC and other government officials at this time. As I receive further information and details concerning our district’s plan, I will update you as well!
