Pick Up/Return School Items, Prom and Graduation Information

We will be allowing pick up for all items at Sequoyah High School. These items may/will
include: any classroom supplies, locker items, etc. medical items, grade cards/senior items

All school property must be returned and bills paid or items will be held.

This is a drive-through process. No one is to exit their car.
 
May 13th (last name A-M) from 10 am to 1 pm
May 14th (last name N-Z) from 10 am to 1 pm
May 15th (makeup day) from 10 am to 1 pm

Seniors may enter the campus through main HWY 411 entrance to the back parking lot. Parents/guardians will need to provide photo identification.

When seniors enter from the front entrance on Highway 411, they will pay cafeteria bills or verify they are paid in full at STATION 1. ALL BILLS MUST BE PAID IN FULL. No partial payments are allowed. Each bill must be paid separately - cafeteria, Josten's, Sequoyah. 

 

Seniors will then go to STATION 2. All Sequoyah bills will be paid in full with separate payment methods than the first table or verified that account is clear. Bills include: art fees, prom tickets, books (library or class), Beta fees, Scholar stoles, distinction medals. They can also pick up locker contents and artwork left in the school.

 

Once all accounts are cleared, seniors will then drive to STATION 3 to get grade cards, senior shirts, and any other items.

Underclassmen may enter the campus through main 411 Hwy. entrance.  If you are a parent picking up for your underclassmen you will need to provide photo identification. Once you enter the campus, staff will direct you where to go.

Cafeteria Bills: These may be paid online by going to:

Register for account. It will ask for your student ID number. This is the number that is used
with your student google email. If you need help with you can email,

Virtual Graduation Ceremony May 15th
To view the presentation, go to monroe.k12.tn.us or sqhs.monroe.k12.tn.us. The presentation
will be linked to stream at these two locations on May 15th at 7:00 pm. The video will include,
but is not limited to:

Students will line up in the back parking lot at 5:00 to get diplomas if all debts are paid.
Spectators may only set up along Hwy 411 or in town and watch the parade go by and take
pictures. At 6:00 the parade will begin with SRO escort to Vonore by leaving campus from
Fagin Road turning left onto Hwy 411 North. The parade will continue through Vonore turning
left off of Hwy 411 into the North Entrance of the Industrial park, make two lefts, and turn right
back onto Hwy 411 headed south to Madisonville. The parade will then travel to New Hwy 68
and turn right onto College Street. We will travel to the courthouse and turn right onto Main
Street in between Volunteer Federal Bank and the Court House. Turn right again onto Tellico
Street and go all the way back to Hwy 411. The parade route ends here.

Prom will be July 11, 2020 from 6 pm to 9 pm at the Airport Hilton Alcoa.

Prom King and Queen votes will be during prom from approximately 6 pm to 8 pm. Crowning with occur around 8:30 pm.

Senior Video - To be shown on May 15. Email your baby picture or kindergarten picture or middle school picture to

Have you received a scholarship from your College/University/Trade School or Business. If so, we would like to recognize you on the virtual graduation ceremony on, May 15, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. Fill out the following information. Please remember, we will only announce the scholarships that are submitted before May 13, 2020.
