Skyward Password Reset Requests

If you need your Skyward password reset, please follow these instructions:
 
  • Students: send an email from your school account to Mrs. Duncan at [email protected] to request that your password be reset. You do not need to go to the library to get this done. Emailing is faster. 
  • Parents: please email Mrs. Duncan from the email you provided with your student's registration along with your student's name to [email protected]. If you have any problems with your login or need further assistance, call the school 423-442-9230 and ask to speak to Mrs. Duncan.
 
Mrs. Duncan will reply to your email with instructions to use your new password as quickly as possible.
